Return & Exchange Policy

At BellPines, every personalized wooden initial perfume bottle is carefully handcrafted and made specifically for you. Because each order is customized, we encourage you to review your selections carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Incorrect initial selected by the customer.

• Incorrect fragrance selected by the customer.

• Change of mind after placing the order.

• Personal preference regarding fragrance.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange or replacement if:

• You receive the wrong product.

• Your order arrives damaged during shipping.

• Your product has a manufacturing defect.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

• Your order number.

• Clear photos of the product.

• Photos of the packaging (if applicable).

• A brief description of the issue.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.

Non-Eligible Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Used or opened products.

• Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

• Normal variations in wood grain, color, or texture, as these are natural characteristics of real wood.

• Requests made after the stated reporting period.

Shipping Costs

If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item, or manufacturing defect), BellPines will cover the replacement shipping costs.

If the issue is not caused by BellPines, shipping charges for any approved exchange (if applicable) will be the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once your personalized item has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
